Roasted Red Peppers

PREHEAT oven to 500 degree F.

CUT 6 red (or yellow) peppers in quarters

ARRANGE on baking sheet lined with foil

SPRAY (or drizzle) generously with olive oil

SEASON with Thyme ( or Herbs de Provence), Salt and Pepper

ROAST in oven for 25-30 minutes
