I discovered this refreshing combination of pears , pecarino cheese and salad greens in a small restaurant in the town of Montepulciano. Nestled high in the hills of Tuscany, the town is famous for it's pecarino cheese made from sheep's milk and their vineyards that produce, Vino Nobile, which is one of Tuscany's most elegant wines. |
