Tangy Tofu

STIR FRY 1 package cubed extra firm tofu in 2 TBS+ canola oil until crisp

ADD 1/2 pound snow peas, 2 cups sliced bak choi. 1 cup walnuts, one bunch sliced scallions, 1 sliced red pepper, 3 TBS chopped ginger, 2 TBS chopped fresh coriander, 2 cloves chopped garlic


MIX 2 TBS rice wine, 2TBS soy sauce, 1 TSP sugar, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 TSP lemon pepper, 1 TSP sesame hot oil,

DISSOLVE 2 TSP corn starch in above mixture and ADD to tofu and vegetables

STIR FRY for 2 minutes and serve with rice or chinese egg noodles
