This is a tangy stir fry with crunch and zing!
Spicy Shrimp and Sugar Snap Peas

ADD one tablespoon olive oil to wok

CHOP and SAUTE a one inch finger of ginger and one large shallot

ADD one half pound of sugar snap peas [frozen or fresh]

ADD one quarter cup of Chinese cooking wine [or rice wine]

ADD half teaspoon of sesame oil

Add tablespoon of sherry

ADD one quarter cup of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

STIR IN about twenty medium/large shrimp—[half pound]

ADD dash of lemon pepper

STIR FRY 3-5 minutes until shrimp is cooked

SERVE over fettucine or oriental style noodles
