Braised Pork Loin Chops au Vin

DREDGE loin chops ( one per person) in flour

SAUTE chops in olive oil

ADD 1 cup each—cranberry or any dark berry juice you have on hand , red wine, and chicken stock, plus 8-10 cloves of garlic

SIMMER for 10-15 minutes

ADD 2 cups mushrooms and 2 handfuls of dried cranberries or cherries

PUT in 350 degree oven for approx.1 hour or until meat is tender

REMOVE chops and deglaze pan by reducing remaining juices
