Lemon Ginger Tuna Steaks

SAUTE a large diced shallot in olive oil

ADD 1 Tsp lemon pepper , 2 Tsp chopped fresh ginger, 1 Tsp candied ginger ( or 1 tsp honey), juice of one lemon, 2 TBS dry vermouth and STIR

ADD 2 tuna steaks—

SAUTE tuna in sauce until done to your taste

REMOVE tuna from pan

STIR in 3 TBS capers and 3 TBS creme fraiche to sauce in pan and cook for one minute

DRIZZLE sauce over tuna steaks

TIP Serve with Mango Salsa Pasta Salad
