This pie is quick, easy and so delicious that you won't believe it's low fat!

Low Fat Key Lime Pie

BLEND in a food processor:

1 1/2 packages non-fat cream cheese (12 oz.)

juice and pulp of three limes

1 small can (14oz.) of low fat sweet condensed milk

POUR into graham cracker crust and

BAKE at 325 degrees F. for 1/2 hour

GARNISH with kiwi fruit slices

If you want to up the fat ante SERVE with whipped cream
