This is zingy dish that adds real spark to any holiday meal— or variety to your everyday menus.
Ginger Carrots

JULIENNE 5 large peeled carrots

ADD to carrots 4 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger

ADD 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

ADD 1/4 cup water

SEASON with salt and pepper

DOT with butter ( 3 tablespoons)

TOSS and cover

PUT in 350 degree F. oven for 15- 20 minutes until tender but still crunchy
