ADD 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg to any fresh fruit ( apples, peaches or blueberries are great with this) that you have prepared and place in a greased baking dish COMBINE in a separate bowl 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1+ TSP baking powder, 1/2 TSP salt, and 1 TSP cinnamon BEAT one egg and add to moisten dry mixture DOT the fruit with pats of butter and cover with dry mixture BAKE at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cobbler crust is brown |
