Cajun Sirloin Tips

These are great on the grill or broiled. Try serving them with German Potato Salad and the Crunchy Almond Slaw.

DIP or SPRAY 2-3 sirloin tips per person with olive oil

MAKE a mixture of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes (amount is relative to how much heat you want), white pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt and 1 TSP dry mustard

SPRINKLE sirloin tips with dry spice mixture

SPLASH with red wine and marinate for 1-2 hours

THROW on grill or broil until done to your taste
