Sweet red peppers, pinto beans and diced tomatoes are brought together with your favorite barbeque sauce for a quick one-dish meal.
SAUTE two chopped onions and 5 cloves of garlic with two sweet red peppers cut into chunks
ADD one 28 oz can of diced tomatoes and stir
ADD 6 cups of cooked,drained and rinsed pinto beans, 1 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce, 2 heaping TBS chili powder (or ground mild chili)
SEASON with salt and pepper to taste and cook on low heat for 45 minutes to an hour
