Ever wonder to what to do with those brown overripe bananas? Well they are perfect for this moist rich banana cake or cupcakes.

Banana Cake

SIFT together (3 times)

1 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 TSP baking powder, 3/4 TSP baking soda, and 1/2 TSP salt

ADD mixture of 2-3 mashed bananas, 3/4 stick butter and 1/4 cup sour milk ( you can add 1/2 TSP vinegar to 1/2 cup milk and save remaining 1/4 cup for next step)

BEAT until smooth

ADD 2 small eggs and 1/4 cup sour milk

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes
