Crunchy Almond Slaw

SHRED 3 cups each of red and white cabbage

CHOP 1 cup parsley

Dressing

COMBINE 1 cup vinegar and 2 TBS sugar

SIMMER for 5 minutes

COOL and ADD 2 tsp salt , pepper to taste, 3/4 cup olive oil

WHISK together

TOSS dressing with cabbage, parsley and 1 1/2 cup slivered amonds
